Role: Client Partner – BFSI

Our Client is looking for a Client Partner – BFSI, someone who is passionate about the innovation economy, love to dabble in new age technologies and excited about the future and how that technology can enhance client outcomes – Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry. We are looking for someone who has Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Finance and Insurance Space is preferable. Preferably someone who will partner with Client’s partner Account Executives to jointly sell into both existing and new customers.
What you will do:
- Passionate about the innovation economy, love to dabble in new age technologies and excited about the future and how that technology can enhance client outcomes – Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry.
- Highly motivated to sell services, solutions, and platforms to Banking Payments customers.
- Manage and grow existing customers in the Banking Financial services and Insurance space
- Customer profiling, account planning and set revenue / margin targets by services line at the account level.
- Acquiring new customers with solution selling experience to the domain.
- Eagerness and proven experience in successfully growing and partnering with clients to improve business outcomes.
- Building, Managing and accurately forecasting a strong Sales Pipeline.
- Customer profiling, account planning against set revenue / margin targets by services line at the account level.
- Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, delivery, and external partners.
- Partner with Client’s partner Account Executives to jointly sell into both existing and new customers.
What you will bring:
- Ability to understand and respond to client’s business issues by developing a go-forward roadmap mapped to those issues.
- Strong domain knowledge and focus on Capital Markets and Stock Exchanges is preferable.
- Ability to communicate effectively and act as a trusted advisor/partner to senior client stakeholders (CXO -1, -2, -3 levels).
- Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Strong large deal sales skills, experience with the global deliver model, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Excellent Relationship Building Skills.
- Possess strong product / technology / industry knowledge.
- Ability to manage the business in a complex matrix environment.
- Strong focus on Client Service excellence
