Salesforce Engineer

Role – Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

1. Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
2. Refine Requirements: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Leads to refine and clarify requirements to ensure they align with business needs.
3. Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on compliance needs and potential risk impacts to the organization.
4. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to design effective Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Veeva CRM.
5. Create User Stories and Plan Sprints: Develop detailed user stories and participate in sprint planning to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
6. Guide Veeva CRM Configuration: Provide guidance to the team in configuring various Veeva CRM modules to meet business requirements.
7. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Veeva CRM configurations.
8. Coordinate with Veeva Product Team: Work closely with the Veeva Product Team to ensure that design and configuration are consistent across Veeva products.
9. Review Configuration and Best Practices: Review configuration changes to ensure they adhere to development guidelines and industry best practices.
10. Test Plan and Case Review: Review test plans and test cases to ensure thorough and accurate testing of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions.
11. Compliance and Validation Communication: Collaborate with compliance and validation teams to communicate requirements clearly, enabling efficient and effective validation outputs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study.
5 years’ experience in the job offered or related occupation with similar duties.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

2 years’ experience required with the following tools and technologies:
Design and implementation of Veeva CRM Modules. Implementation of Salesforce.com functionalities. Experience in working with enterprise environment including system design, object-oriented design, data bases and programming concepts. Experience with Velarizations of sandboxes.
All such experience can be acquired concurrently.
Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States. Sansar Tec is an Information Technology Consulting and Talent Solutions Firm and it serves clients in the areas of AWS Cloud, Oracle, Salesforce, Veeva, and Data Analytics and Engineering Technologies, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. Whether our clients require long-
term employment solutions or short-term project contracts, we collaborate closely with them, offering flexible engagement models such as Time & Materials or Fixed Priced Milestone based projects. Given the nature of its business operations in the field of Information Technology Consulting, Sansar Tec requires its employees who are implementing projects to travel to client sites. These sites will be in the New Jersey Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and other unanticipated locations within the United States for the time period determined by the project timelines.
SALARY: $125,611/per year including benefits
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
